YG Caree clinic fees are confirmed when you book. Last updated 16 August 2026.

To reschedule or cancel, message us on WhatsApp or call before your slot. Refunds for prepaid clinic fees are decided case by case and paid to the original method where required by law.

App store purchases

In-app or subscription charges are billed by Apple or Google. Request those refunds through App Store or Google Play support.
